Impressions of Spring

The land awakening.  Fields thrumming green.

The waters warming.  Ducks foraging.

A walker who had gone before, playing with stones in the wood.

In my studio, Molly will have absolutely no interest in my things,
until I go to work with them.

'In return for her letters to them, the faeries left her gifts,
assorted trinkets, tokens, and treasures
they would find on their restless wanderings.'

'The faeries would come to listen to her tell the stories she wrote just for them.'

That was a long, dark Winter.
I'm so ready for the sun.

  4. Lynn, how nice to find your lovely ode to spring. I have only gotten partway back to posting at my blog. Been putting a bit more time into my fb business page, Psychic Readings by Jan. However, I do want to keep posting at my blog to keep track of projects. Have been thinking a lot about food, cooking, exercise, etc. lately probably due to spring. Maybe I'll do some food blogs eventually, but maybe not...as there are plenty of those. What else is new in your life Lynn? I've been using that lovely little leather covered notebook you gifted me some time ago...thanks for that again. I did send you something else but it came back to me: this was during your move...I guess that they didn't want to forward my mail. Boo hoo. Happy Spring my friend. <3

    2. Hi Jan, so good to hear from you! I've been quite remiss of this blog, but I'm back. I hope...
It always takes a while to settle into a new home - as you well know with your recent big move. But it's going well. And I'm so happy that Spring is finally here. So glad to hear that you're enjoying using the notebook! Sorry about the returned package - that must have been right in the middle of the move. I hope all is well your way! Wishing you all the very best for and of Spring.
