I tend to purchase supplies, and sometimes years will go by before I find the right project for them - or in some cases overcome my worry that I'll mess it up and waste a gorgeous paper or leather. : ) Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01674923395134039554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6939857316909930127.post-64174177147869879492014-09-30T09:39:19.832-07:002014-09-30T09:39:19.832-07:00Hi Lynn, Thanks for sharing, I especially like you...Hi Lynn, Thanks for sharing, I especially like your collages with the mini books! For the leather covered book, I used a combination of tea and espresso. Then I used some watered down metallic acrylic paint and 'splattered' some onto the pages for a dotted / foxed look.

The only thing about using the coffee is that the pages *still* have a bit of coffee scent to them. Which for me isn't a problem, but I can imagine that it would bother some people.

So glad you enjoyed the post!Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01674923395134039554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6939857316909930127.post-33040222982305337952014-09-30T00:47:11.626-07:002014-09-30T00:47:11.626-07:00Glad you enjoyed it, Radka!Glad you enjoyed it, Radka!Lynnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01674923395134039554noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6939857316909930127.post-28502486300152319392014-09-29T23:35:19.540-07:002014-09-29T23:35:19.540-07:00Beautiful work.
